I believe that healing yourself heals the world.
I have always felt lost in some sense. I jumped into post-secondary education right out of high school and ended up disliking the program I was in. I have worked multiple jobs for years, trying to find what I wanted to pursue. I have allowed my people-pleasing habits rule a lot of my decisions and had a really hard time deciding anything for myself.
One thing I knew for sure is that I am here to help and serve.
But nothing was fulfilling that need.
Fast forward to April 2021, my friend was telling me about this Life Activation session she had.
Did I know what that meant? Absolutely not.
Was I drawn to it? Completely!
So I booked my own Life Activation for the following month.
To be honest, I didn't quite understand what was happening or what to expect afterwards, but I felt something. After my Life Activation, I knew I wanted to help others feel this way too.
So here we are! In November 2021, I became a Life Activation Practitioner + Max Meditation™ Instructor.
